22/1/19 Session

Hi everyone

The next session is on the 22/1, usual time, usual place…..any potential new people just click the above links which will give you all the info. It’s very relaxed, if you know a couple of chords and fancy having a bit of a laugh playing through some tunes then come and try us out!

Happy New Year…..

…….hope you’ve all had an enjoyable Xmas period!

We’re back on the 8th, a nice easy set to start the year off with. If you have not been before then come down, it’s great fun and very relaxed. All the info you need is in the menus above.

Hi everyone

Well done to everyone who came to play last night, and thanks to the people who came to support too! It was a really good fun evening, we went down well and were given lots of nice compliments. Maria the organiser was very pleased.  Here are a couple of pics pics and a vid……

Gig and next session news

Hi everyone,

We have a gig at the George Evelyn on the 20th November, going on stage at 8 30 to do an 8 song set.

At the next session on the 13/11 we’ll go through the following long list and see what works best. If anyone has anything they’d like to include let me know and I’ll see if I can fit it in! Please feel free to come to this session even if you can’t make the gig.

Halloween Special…..

The next session (30th October) will be suitably ghastly, scary, and horrifying…..and not just in the usual way 😉

16th October Session

Hi all, the next session will on the 16th, all are welcome! Details are available in the links above.

I haven’t had a chance to totally nail the set down yet but we are going to do a Motown/Spector special and will feature most of the following tunes – And then I Kissed her, Be my Baby, Da do Ron Ron, Dancing in the Street, I heard it through the Grapevine, Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay, Tainted Love, Tracks of my Tears, Will you still love me tomorrow, You can’t hurry love

We will also be doing ‘Do you love me‘ (I think this will be in A), probably doing ‘Please Mr Postman‘  (in either D or G I think).

Session on the 2nd
